I am on a mission to help PTSD or cPTSD sufferers who are serving, or have served, in the armed forces or emergency services.

I have spent a large portion of my life working for government security forces, commercial security companies, and emergency ambulance services. I’ve worked in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, and Iraq during the conflicts. I have first-hand experience of the many issues arising from emotional trauma.

My work with the health service has shown me the critical lack of resources currently available to treat PTSD. In 2019, I trained and qualified as a hypnotherapist, using the most effective techniques to eliminate PTSD/CPTSD.

I offer a six-session treatment pathway. Each session lasts approximately two hours. 

My fees are £60 per session, because I want to make it accessible to every serving or veteran military person or first responder who needs it. 

I prefer to work in person but can also offer online sessions.
