I am a clinical hypnotherapist specialising in PTSD & CPTSD; the ramifications of childhood trauma; anxiety, depression, IBS and low self-esteem. I will help you to heal the past, enjoy being in the present and look forward to the future. 

£75 per session. I offer online or in-person sessions.

I can also offer intense PTSD treatment over one full day, or two half days. I charge £450 for a full day session; £225 for half-day treatment.

I also have a group hypnotherapy programme via Zoom, which costs between £95 and £195 for six online sessions, price dependant on the level of therapist support between sessions.

Group Sessions

I also offer cost effective group sessions, in the form of an Emotional Balance Programme which runs for six weeks. Each programme is in line with the UK school term times. Monday nights (except on bank holidays, when it is on a Tuesday). 7.30 pm – 8.45 pm (GMT).

I ensure full confidentiality during Zoom hypnosis sessions, with only myself able to see participants. All participants will have their microphones off and have the option to turn their camera off. Audio recording of the first session will be sent for future use. You will have access to support recordings on my Soundcloud site. I offer support via WhatsApp messaging, and consultations depending on the level of support desired.

Bronze Support Package – £95 for the full course of six sessions. 30 minute pre-group consultation. WhatsApp text support throughout. 30 minute end of programme consultation 

Silver Support Package – £150 – 30 minute pre-group consultation.  WhatsApp text support throughout. One hour zoom support appointment (can be split into two half-hour appointments over the six weeks). 30 minute end-of-programme consultation.  

Gold Support Package – £195 – 30 minute pre-group consultation. WhatsApp text support. Two hour zoom support appointment. Can be split into two x one hour appointments or four x half-hour appointments over the six weeks. 30 minute end-of-programme consultation
