I became a hypnotherapist to gain control of my own mind in times of stress. I was in the Royal Air Force for many years. Since leaving, I have been practicing hypnotherapy at The Wellness Centre in Dumfries.

I am proud to be part of the CatchPTSD movement to treat PTSD and CPTSD sufferers worldwide. I believe my military background gives me an extra understanding and empathy for military sufferers.
