I am on a mission to help PTSD or cPTSD sufferers who are serving, or have served, in the armed forces or emergency services. I have spent a large portion of my life working for government security forces, commercial security companies, and emergency ambulance services. I’ve worked in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, and Iraq during the conflicts. I have first-hand experience of the many issues arising from emotional trauma.
