I see clients online and in-person. I also run group sessions.

TRAUMA/PTSD/CPTSD Group Therapy Sessions – 6 sessions lasting 60-75 minutes. Two Individual 30 minute consultations and Ongoing WhatsApp or Email Support throughout the 6 weeks and beyond. Only £175*

Group hypnotherapy sessions provide a potent and cost-effective method for achieving rapid results. Online sessions allow participant anonymity and online individual support outside of the sessions can be tailored to your needs. * (Additional costs for extra individual consultation)

I prioritize absolute confidentiality during online hypnosis sessions, ensuring only I have visibility of participants. Microphones will remain muted, and participants can opt to disable their cameras.

Prior to the group sessions, an online consultation lasting 30 minutes will be scheduled to ensure individual needs are met. There will also be a 30-minute consultation prior to the start of session 6 to ensure best outcomes.

Ongoing Support in the form of WhatsApp texting is provided over the 6 weeks of the Programme and can be accessed if needed after this. I am also available via email if preferred. My aim is to maximise outcomes and ensure lasting change.

Online individual support can be accessed outside of the standard sessions detailed above. If you feel you would like this extra support, this will be at a reduced charge of £50 for 30 minutes.

An extra block of two hours online individual support can be booked in advance – this can be divided into either two one-hour sessions or four half-hour sessions throughout the six-week period for a greatly reduced cost of £150. Represents best value if you feel you would like more one to one time.
