Military wife and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I am experienced in helping people eliminate
PTSD/CPTSD. As an ex-secondary school deputy head teacher, I am also adept at supporting the children and partners of PTSD sufferers.

I work online, and I also see clients in my clinic in Tupsley, Hereford.

My fees are £85 per session for a six-session block booking.

Here are some testimonials from my previous clients:

“I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for many years, associated with traumas induced when I was a child and young adult. I have undertaken many hours of talking
therapy, and whilst the talking therapy helped me to identify what was going on, it was
unable to help me take a step away from the anxiety, guilt and shame that continually
haunted my life. A mutual friend recommended I speak to Sue, so I did. I am so glad I did as in 4 sessions Sue has changed my entire perspective about myself, and my future. Her approach was gentle, and I felt totally seen and understood. I can wholeheartedly recommend her if you have any traumas or anxieties that trouble you. She is most definitely my magic lady.”

“Sue single-handedly changed my life. When I met Sue I was chronically scared to be alone,
meaning I never felt safe when I was alone. This made working from home nearly
impossible, I used to run to my car whenever I would leave the house, and moving out of my
family home and taking a solo trip was a mythical and unimaginable thing to me.
With Sue’s expert support and therapy, we worked closely to understand where this
systematic fear came from and worked to unpick my damaging subconscious beliefs. I am
now proud to say I work from home alone, I walk to my car, and even bigger I moved out
alone and just completed my first week-long solo trip, with 1 more solo trip coming up in a
matter of weeks. I trust Sue and with her care and true support, I can say she has liberated me from my fears and allowed me to truly understand the notion of independence. I do not know how I could ever express how Sue changed my life. I am so grateful Sue had such an immense impact on my life as a young woman. Thank you always!

“I am a serving police officer. Prior to starting therapy with Sue, I carried out a lot of
research and also had online consultations with a few therapists. I immediately felt a rapport
with Sue and she became an easy choice for me. I wanted a therapist who was straight
talking and this is what I got with Sue. She is also incredibly warm, non-judgemental and so
enthusiastic about what she does. I was clear with her that I didn’t want to have to speak in
depth about what had caused my trauma and she reassured me that this wasn’t a problem. I
already knew that a lot of my thoughts and feelings were irrational but Sue provided me with helpful tools to deal with these when they arose. I still have work to do but thanks to
Sue I definitely feel more positive about the future and for the first time in my life I feel free of the chains of PTSD.”
