I am a hypnotherapist with extensive experience, specialising in anxiety, trauma and PTSD, especially toxic relationship recovery and sexual issues. 

I work with my clients to eliminate PTSD/CPTSD symptoms. Behind every behaviour pattern there is a positive intention. Those uncomfortable feelings, emotions, thoughts, sensations and images are SOS signals that something needs to be dealt with. This is why deeper subconscious work can do what most talking therapies can not do, and fast! You can tell me as much or as little as you choose. There is no retraumatisation.

Investment in my 6-session Trauma Recovery Programme is £600. This includes an additional audio to enjoy at home, and support online during the time we work together. 

Single sessions are £120
